With ArthroCoach App you have access at any time to the advice of a physiotherapist, a dietitian, a meditation expert and to documented information adapted to your pathology.Physical activity programs:Maintaining regular, moderate and gradual physical activity is recommended in cases of osteoarthritis. Participating in physical activity (except during acute pain attacks) aims to combat pain and reduce the appearance of joint damage.With ArthroCoach App you benefit from the advice of a physiotherapist at any time. We have designed 10 programs and 30 physical activity videos to teach you how to warm up, stretch, work on your mobility, your balance and also to exercise simple joint maintenance movements that you can perform at home depending on joint affected by osteoarthritis.Our physical activity programs are offered for information only.
